The Name
From the Latin amar — to love. That is the root. In Italian, am mare means I am the sea, to be on the sea, to trust the current even when you can't see the shore.
We brought them together intentionally, because what we do lives at that exact intersection — navigating the currents of change, with love as the compass.
The Origin
Ammare was born from something our founder kept seeing across industries, cultures and organizations of every size.
The ones that truly thrived weren't the ones with the best strategy. They were the ones where people felt part of something real. Where relationships were real, contribution was valued, and belonging wasn't just a word in the employee handbook.
She didn't just observe this from the outside. She lived it. Under leaders who gave her trust, space and genuine belief in her potential, she delivered far beyond what she thought possible. Under those who didn't, she delivered far less than she was capable of.
That experience became a conviction. And that conviction became Ammare.
